CCNRmethod
Complex Cognitive Network Rewire
Reframia is the business application of CCNRmethod®. The method stands on its own: a named methodology with a transferable procedure, used with more than a thousand clients since 2023 and practised by facilitators I train.
Why the result hasn't come yet
However hard you try, you're still running on the same rule.
The rule isn't a reaction you could catch in time. It works earlier than that: in what you notice, what you dismiss and which options seem to exist at all.
What you notice
Out of everything in a situation, some things register and the rest don't. The filter was set long before you looked.
What it means
The same situation can read as a threat, an obligation or an opportunity. You don't experience it as your interpretation. It feels like the situation itself.
What seems possible
Some options never come up at all. You don't weigh them and reject them. They never appear, so there's nothing to decide.
Where effort goes
Your energy goes where the rule says it matters. The work and the discipline are real, but the rule chose the direction.
What you decide
By the time you make a choice, the options have already been narrowed down. You choose freely, but only from what's left.
What you end up with
Your prices, the clients you attract, what you earn and where your business stops growing. Much of it was never a conscious decision.
CCNRmethod in practice
The same procedure, applied to your situation
The method moves through four stages. Each one builds on the last, and the loop keeps running after we finish.

Identification
We find the exact shape of the pattern that is running underneath your results. You see precisely what it looks like, why it formed, how it keeps firing and where it enters your business decisions.
Fracts
You learn to break everyday situations down into fracts: the micro-moments where the pattern shows up inwardly (what you notice and how you read it) and outwardly (what you say, decide or tense around).
Decomposition of the old structure
Awareness is not enough. We work with the deeper layer and the fracts themselves, so the old reaction stops making sense instead of being overruled by willpower.
Automation of the new pattern
We build a functional inner system that supports you. The new reaction is trained until it runs on its own, without you having to hold it in place.

Vocabulary
The terms the method uses
Pattern
An unconscious rule that governs what you notice, what you consider normal, what you want and how you decide. It isn't a belief. You can't change it by argument, because it works before thinking starts.
Compensation and open expression
Every pattern has two sides. Lived directly, “I have no value” means I withdraw. Compensated, the same rule means I perform at an extreme so nobody notices. Most people live both sides in different situations, and both lead to the same result, because they come from the same rule.
Satisfaction
The reward you get for the process of acting on the pattern, not for its outcome. It keeps the pattern alive: you keep returning to work that exhausts you or doesn't pay, because the process itself rewards you. For many entrepreneurs the reward is hope, the feeling that the next plan, course or tool will finally make it work. A result that comes without the process feels boring or suspicious.
Fract
The smallest unit of a pattern, a micro-moment in an ordinary day. Inward fracts are how you read reality: what you notice and how you interpret it. Outward fracts are what you produce: thoughts, behaviour, speech, decisions, tension.
What makes it different
Rewiring isn't understanding and then consciously acting differently
I don't train you to remember what to do differently in the moment. I train new automations, new natural connections, a new way of functioning. After the training it happens by itself: in a real situation you react differently before you notice, because the old reaction has stopped making sense to you.
It has a structure. The rewrite itself happens between the lines, there's no other way. But the process around it has a defined structure. Each session has its own task, a beginning and an end, and you always know where you are and what you're working on. It works like a training plan.
It's practical and concrete. We work with specific situations from your life, a specific mechanism and a specific new reaction, not with your attitude in general.
We work with the mechanism, not the story. Analytically and systematically, which is how you already think.
Where this sits
Every approach works on something different, and each is good at what it does
The difference isn't quality. It's what each one aims at and on which level of the mind it works.
Therapy
Heals and processes. It looks for the origin and helps you carry it. It's important work, and in many situations necessary. Rewiring and rearranging your results isn't what it aims at, and that isn't its goal.
Coaching
Works with conscious goals: what you want, how to get there, how to stay accountable. But the pattern co-creates those goals, because you want the opposite of what you're living. Coaching helps you reach a goal set by the same mechanism that holds you back.
Business consulting
Supplies content: what to do, how to price, how to sell. When the problem really is content, it's the right choice. But content is information, and you read information through your filter and fit it into how you already work.
Self-help and mindset
Changes your attitude and gives you perspective. But attitude is one of the pattern's outputs. Changing it by will means watching one output while the filter keeps supplying the same inputs. It also tends to move you from one side of the pattern to the other, so the result stays similar.
All four work at the conscious level, with understanding, goals, content or attitude. The pattern isn't there. It sits in implicit memory as a mechanism, not as information or an opinion, and there's no bridge between what you consciously know and how you react in a real moment. That's why you can know your pattern exactly and still react the way you always have.
Reframia aims directly at practice, training and rewiring. Training, not treatment.
It changes what your mind automatically assigns to a situation, so it reads the situation as a different stimulus and offers a different reaction by itself. First your interpretation changes, then your outputs, then your experience, and finally your filtering, which is what you notice at all. That's where options appear that didn't exist for you before. Nobody showed them to you. They stopped being filtered out.
What follows for the client
This is optimisation, not repair
You're not moving from a deficit to normal. You're moving from a state that works to a better one. Nobody here will tell you you're broken.
Options appear that didn't exist for you before
They aren't new. They were always there, and the filter deleted them before they reached your awareness. When the filtering changes, they show up.
Things rearrange on their own
The change isn't local. When the mechanism changes, several areas rearrange at once, because they all ran on the same filter. It doesn't take further decisions or techniques.
How you come across changes
Without any training in presentation. What you produce outward changes: your posture, your pace, whether you push or hold your position. People respond to a different signal.
Mental capacity is released
Replaying conversations, preparing for conflicts, guessing what people meant and keeping everything under control take up a huge part of the day. When they stop, that energy goes elsewhere.
Draining situations stop arising
Not because you handle them better. They don't happen, because the reaction that used to trigger them doesn't happen.
Recovery time shortens
When the old reaction does come, you're back in hours, not days.
The abilities stay
The pattern always built something: analytical ability, drive, standards, the ability to read people. Rewiring removes the paralysis, not the competence. The aim is to set each of them to a level that works for you.
The effect holds after we finish
You keep using the way of working on your own. When something new activates the old reaction, you deal with it quickly, without a long process.
Start by naming it
The Pattern Audit is the diagnosis. Two hours with preparation, and you leave with the mechanism named. What you've been seeing as a series of unrelated situations turns out to be one thing.
