How it works
When the fit is already clear
Most people come to 1:1 after the Pattern Audit or after working with CCNR AI, once the mechanism is named and it's clear a full rewrite is worth doing.
We work with concrete situations from your business: the specific mechanism and the specific new reaction, trained until the new automation holds without you having to maintain it.
There's a demanding phase in the middle for everyone, when the old way has stopped working and the new one isn't there yet. I tell you about it in advance.
Why it isn't an open offer
- My capacity is very limited, so it isn't first come, first served.
- Most people start with the Pattern Audit. It's the clearest way to see whether a rewrite is worth doing.
- If I don't think it's the right fit, I'll tell you directly.
